Overview

Snow Mountain, LLC is located in the spectacular Lassen Volcanic National Park in California. As one of the country's oldest national parks, Lassen is consumed with gorgeous hiking trails, picturesque lakes that afford fishing and kayaking, and cabins and campgrounds for the those that want to experience the rustic feel of the beautiful outdoors!

Season:
May 18, 2026 to Mid-October 2026 (depending on weather).

Summary of Position: provide excellent customer service to guest rooms and public areas in accordance with quality standards

• Follow detailed duties worksheet assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor to complete list of tasks in a timely manner
• Clean check-outs and stay-overs, including; changing sheets and towels, emptying trash, dusting, scrubbing, vacuuming and waxing according to procedures
• Report damaged or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor, turn in all lost and found items to Management
• Notify Management and Maintenance of any repairs needed
• Stock personal cart daily with cleaning supplies, guest supplies and linens, alert Supervisor if supplies run low
• Unload cart of dirty linens and trash at end of shift
• Assist in the unloading of linens (delivered by truck) bi-weekly
• Transport linens to and from sites
• Weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning projects as assigned

• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to spend the majority of the day walking, twisting, bending, pushing and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs. with frequent bending, twisting and squatting required.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

One (1) year of housekeeping experience preferred Resort/National Park experience preferred

Rental housing available.
