Housekeeping Lead

Housekeeping Lead Snow Mountain, LLC is located in the spectacular Lassen Volcanic National Park in California. As one of the country's oldest national parks, Lassen offers gorgeous hiking trails, picturesque lakes that afford fishing and kayaking, and cabins and campgrounds for the those that want to experience the rustic feel of the beautiful outdoors!

• Season:
  May 18, 2026 to Mid-October 2026 (depending on weather).
• Summary of Position:
• Assist with the management of the housekeeping and public areas department ensuring
• outstanding service for resort guests

• EPartner with Location Manager to ensure time and attendance records are submitted in a timely manner.
• Supervision and Coordination:
  
  Theleadhousekeepersupervisesthehousekeepingstaff,coordinatingdailyoperationsandassigningspecificcleaningdutiestoensureefficientcoverageofallareas.
• Training and Development:
  
  Theyareresponsiblefortrainingnewhousekeepingstaffonpropercleaningtechniques,safety protocols,andtheuseofcleaningchemicals,ensuringthatallteammembersadheretoestablishedstandards.
• Quality Control:
  
  Theleadhousekeeperinspectsroomsandcommonareasforcleanlinessandpropersetup,addressinganyissuesordeficienciesimmediatelytomaintainhighstandardsofservice.
• Inventory Management:
  
  Theymanagetheinventoryofcleaningsuppliesandlinens,placingordersasnecessarytoensureadequatestocklevelsaremaintained.
• Guest Relations:
  
  Handlingguestcomplaintsrelatedtohousekeepingservicesorroomconditionsisacriticalresponsibility.
  
  Theleadhousekeepertakesimmediateactiontoresolveissuestotheguest’ssatisfaction.
• Collaboration with Other Departments :
  
  Theleadhousekeepercoordinateswithotherdepartments,suchasmaintenanceandfrontdeskstaff,toensureseamlessoperationsandaddressanymaintenanceissuespromptly.

• Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests in stressful, high pressure situations
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 25 lbs.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 (two) years in the hospitality industry required
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 (two) years management experience required
• Experience:
  
  Resort/National Park experience preferred
• Experience:
  
  Rental housing available, double occupancy.
