Serve as the guest’s first and final impression of the property by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every interaction is seamless, welcoming, and memorable.

• Provide warm and professional greeting to guests and anticipate their needs before they arise.
• Escort all guests to their accommodations, assisting with their luggage as required. Inform guests about all property and guest room features, facilities and emergency procedures
• Ensure public areas and departmental equipment are clean and presentable at all times
• Provide assistance to other departments including, but not limited to, housekeeping, maintenance, and laundry as needed
• Complete minor maintenance tasks
• Share knowledge of the Park and surrounding area with guests
• Other duties as assigned

• Provide excellent customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Impeccable grooming standards. Should be clean cut and dressed in the appropriate uniform, which should be clean and pressed
• Ability to work a variety of day, night, weekend and holiday shifts
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact, in a positive way, with many different personality styles
• Majority of shift will be spent on feet; must be able to safely lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally with frequent bending, twisting and squatting required.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 1 (one) year front of house experience

National Park/Resort experience preferred

Rental housing available, double occupancy.
