The Chicago Marriott O’Hare is looking for a Room Attendant to join our hotel team!

Responsibilities
  • Clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and restocking amenities.
  • Replace used towels and linens with fresh ones.
  • Replenish supplies such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.
  • Ensure all room furniture and fixtures are clean and in good condition.
  • Report any maintenance issues or room damages to the supervisor promptly.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to brand standards for cleanliness and presentation.
  • Respect guests’ privacy and respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
  • Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas.
  • Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude.
  • Follow lost and found procedures for any items left behind.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
