Job Description - Guest Service Agent (Part Time, PM)
Hilton Chicago O'Hare Airport is looking for a Part‑time Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office team.
Located on the grounds of Chicago O’Hare International Airport, the hotel is connected to Terminals 1, 2, 3 and a shuttle to Terminal 5.
The ideal candidate is responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Shift & Pay- Shift: PM shifts, weekends, holidays – 2‑3 days per week

- Greet guests and complete the registration process including inputting guest information, confirming room rate, coding electronic keys, and providing a welcome packet.
- Assist guests with check‑out: ensure rooms and services are correctly accounted, process money and credit/debit cards, and handle gift certificates.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel information: room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and local area; answer guest questions.
- Use up‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely, friendly, efficient manner.
- Field guest complaints, conduct research, and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
- Receive, input, retrieve, and relay messages to guests.
