As our Catering & Convention Services Manager, you’ll play a starring role in driving catering and food and beverage sales, all while ensuring our hotel shines. You’ll build relationships with amazing clients and groups, making every event not just a success, but a standout memory. With the support of our Director of Sales or Director of Catering & Convention Services, you’ll work your magic to hit revenue goals, wow meeting planners, and keep our guests—and your career—moving forward.

This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM); overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Creativity and knowledge of food and beverage/events, plus professional selling skills (opening, probing, supporting, closing) desired.
• Valid driver’s license for the applicable state required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to negotiate, convince, and influence clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and present effectively.
