This position is responsible for overseeing all onsite food and beverage operations at the Kirkland & Ellis Chicago office, which includes two production kitchens, a large conference center, a café, a coffee bar, and more than 20 hubs. The role manages a team of approximately eight managers and 65 frontline staff. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards, as well as maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction through the consistent delivery of exceptional hospitality and top‑quality food.
Salary: $130,000 – $135,000 per year
Key Responsibilities- Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Manages overall day‑to‑day operations of the account
- Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
- Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training
- Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and clients as well as other departments
- Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
- Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team
- BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
- Five years of food service operation experience
- High‑volume production and catering experience is essential
- Previous experience managing a budget
