The Opportunity

We are looking for a Director of Clinical Operations to oversee clinic operations and make sure our services are excellent, consistent, and compliant. In this role, you will connect clinical quality with daily operations by turning strategy into action and supporting the teams who provide care each day.

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Behavioral Health, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of progressive healthcare or behavioral health experience, including clinical or operational leadership. Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements (HIPAA, CMS, Medicaid).
  • Experience managing clinic operations and supervising staff.
Why Join PWP Health
