Sales Support, Clinical Product Specialist - MR Patient Monitoring (Midwest)
As our Midwest US Customer Success Specialist, you will conduct on-site education and consulting for the MR Patient Care (MRPC) monitoring product portfolio. You will create and manage customer relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations and represent and champion clinical applications support needs for Philips MRPC customers. This role requires heavy travel about 80%.
Responsibilities- Focus on clinical uses, education and improving customer workflows and work closely with internal partners (i.e.: Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and with end users in both pre- and post-sale situations.
- Apply product and clinical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues; establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners and key accounts as identified by management.
- Deliver clinical applications and clinical sales support for the MRPC product portfolio for your assigned territory that covers the Midwest area of the United States. This requires strong communication with the sales team and pre-sales evaluation support, post-sales clinical education, and clinical troubleshooting.
- Capture customer feedback using the Customer Feedback System and monitor and report on customer satisfaction based on customer interactions and feedback.
- Act as a clinical resource for other areas of the business as needed; participate in customer and team experience improvements; and deliver weekly reports and administrative documentation as required.
- 4+ years of in-depth knowledge of the critical care environment;
Radiology experience and/or knowledge is a plus. - Strong communication and rapport-building with sales and clinical teams and clinical teaching/in-servicing experience.
- Bachelor s Degree in Nursing or equivalent (RN); current nursing license.
- Ability to meet minimum physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
- Advanced computer skills, excellent customer and teamwork skills, ability to be managed remotely, adapt to changing environments, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel overnight 80% of the time, reside within 1 hour of a major airport, and possess a valid Driver s License for company car (average driving 1 to 4 hours daily).

Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position is $70,000 to $180,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
