AB Staffing is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for the 2025/2026 School Year.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Valid Illinois License for Physical Therapy
• 1+ years of relevant experience; school and/or pediatric experience preferred
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate initiative
• Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods, see and read printed and digital materials, hear and understand speech, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally

Job Description:

Caseload and classroom details vary based on school location. Recruitment Specialists will discuss specifics during application to match you with a suitable classroom. The contract runs through the 2025/2026 school year, 35-40 hours per week, following the academic calendar.

Physical Therapist (PT) Duties:

• Evaluate patients through observation, standardized tests, and listening to concerns to develop individualized care plans
• Provide competent care using exercises, stretching, equipment, modalities, and hands-on therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury
• Build positive relationships with patients and motivate them towards their goals
• Communicate patient information with the rehab team, physicians, and other disciplines
• Document all patient care according to department policies
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies

Salary:

$1,890.00 – $1,960.00 per week
