** Role
Description:
** The Manager, Stars Operations leads day-to-day operations to support performance for CMS Stars Part D ratings. Responsibilities span program implementation, reporting and analytics, and cross-functional partnership with Pharmacy, Product, Engineering, and Field Leaders. Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years of experience and demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. The position reports to the Director, Stars Part
D.
** Responsibilities*
* ** Day-to-Day Operations:
** Ensure coordination across teams, support stakeholders with questions about the program, processes, or metrics, and equip clinical and business stakeholders with tools to succeed on Stars Part
D.
** Strategic Initiatives:
** Own the strategy, process, and implementation of key operational roll-outs to support Stars Part D performance improvement.
** Performance Analysis:
** Regularly analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance ratings

* Cross-functional Collaboration:
** Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders across Oak Street Health (e.g., Pharmacy, Clinical Operations, Managed Care Operations, Field Leaders, Product, Engineering, Data) and with payer partners to ensure success of efforts across Stars Part D initiatives.
** Reporting and Documentation:
** Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate performance metrics, trends, and recommendations to Oak Street senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
** Field Team Support:
** Provide clinical teams and field leaders with support to successfully execute on Stars Part D measures via training materials, coaching, and measure specific guidance.

Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience:
7-10 years of prior relevant experience, preferably in management consulting, healthcare provider settings, or healthcare start-ups.
Passion for making healthcare work better for vulnerable populations Strong communication skills and attention to detail A critical thinker with a collaborative mindset Track record of running through walls to solve difficult problems Orientation toward analytical problem solving Practical, results-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude Unimpeachable integrity and maturity Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills

** Pay Range
** The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
