LSSI is hiring a full-time Counselor Case Manager
, Monday through Friday from 10:00am - 6:00pm. Responsible for providing whole-person services to clients participating in the Kenmore Residential Rehabilitation Program, including 1:1 sessions, case management assistance, and the presentation of evidence-based group programming. Assist clients in achieving their stated goals and objectives, collaborating with other internal and external treatment professionals.

- Collaborate with Kenmore Residential Rehabilitation team members, other LSSI programs, and external partners in order to provide quality, whole-person care and services to clients.
- Maintain a caseload of five (5) to eight (8) clients.
- Present weekly groups, founded in evidence-based practices.
- Provide weekly 1:1 counseling to each client on assigned caseload.
- Provide case management services, including appropriate linkages and referrals.
- Provide support coverage to Kenmore Healthy Start Recovery Home clients, as needed.
- Ensure all documentation is complete in a timely manner.
- Meet productivity requirements identified by LSSI.
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards of treatment, including NASW Code of Ethics.
- Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individuals in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Background check clearance required.
- CADC or must obtain CADC within 18 months of hire date.
- Annual TB test required.
- Biohazard training required.
- On-site, in person required.
