We are partnering with a large social service agency in the Cincinnati area seeking licensed clinicians. We are seeking Bachelor's or Master's level social workers or Master's level counselors to work with adult clients with mental health issues. Some positions may include clients also suffering with addictions issues.

• Provide clinical services to adult clients with mental health concerns; screen for behavioral health and substance use issues as appropriate.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, goals, and discharge planning in collaboration with clients and care teams.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage referrals, and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with program requirements and professional standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling.
• Licensed clinician in the relevant field.
