Position: CNA - Certified Nursing Asst 7p - 7a - Full-time (Scotia Village)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED IN THIS POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Observe residents and note changes in physical condition, attitude, reactions, appetite, and report changes or unusual findings to charge nurse.

Transfer residents from bed to chair; chair to bed.

Turn and position residents.

Bathe residents-shower and/or tub. Use mechanical lift, transfer patients from chair to tub chair for bathing.

Feed/assist with feeding residents and/or prepare meal trays for residents; open containers.

Take vital signs and record. Record fluid intake and output.

Give oral and dental care to patients.

Shave patients.

Provide/Assist residents with incontinence care and or toileting.

Comb patient's hair.
