Schedule: Full Time

Compensation: $84, annually, based on years of experience

Incentives: $10,000 Bonus and/or Student Debt Benefit Program*

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a multidisciplinary Outpatient team - Neuro, Ortho, oncology, pelvic health etc. Clinic sees various diagnosis and has a team of PTs, PTAs, OT’s and SLPs. Position has clinical as well as administrative responsibilities to impact day to day operations and help with clinical growth and efficiency of the team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary outpatient team (Neuro, Ortho, oncology, pelvic health, etc.).
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and contribute to clinical growth and efficiency of the team.
  • Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, OTs and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to expand patient portfolios and center relationships.
  • Develop and grow the center’s clinician team and support staff (PTs and PTAs).
  • Engage in community outreach and philanthropic programs.
  • Participate in continuing education opportunities and stay current with industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and manage clinical and administrative responsibilities.
