Overview
Assist clients in personal goals for recovery through the use of individual and group sessions in accordance with Program Rules & Regulations.
Personal experience to be shared with participants to relate

Monitors behavioral functions between individuals and group behavior.
Documents accurately, neatly, and consistently every and any contact with or on behalf of a participant in the participant's designated chart, as required by DMHDD, Medicaid, and other funding source requirement.
Attends scheduled team meetings and actively participate in team.
Assist with program activities, including group session outreach, preparation and clean up coordination.
Benefits available for full-time employment.
Certification Preferred.
CPR and CPI Required.
Other duties as assigned.
