Child and Adolescent Therapist

Mirjam Quinn & Associates is a private practice located in the Chicago neighborhood of Beverly and a new location in Hinsdale! We specialize in mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, couples and groups and are committed to creating a supportive and healing environment for all of our clients.

We are seeking a full-time Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 3-4 days in office. In your role, you will be responsible for conducting 20+ therapy sessions per week for children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health issues. You will also be responsible for developing treatment plans and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field
• Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Social Worker (LSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Experience working with children and adolescents
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Experience with trauma-informed care, behavioral interventions, and crisis management is preferred
• W2 position with a competitive fee split
