Imaging Registration Representative - Radiology Department

Part-Time / 16 hours guaranteed per pay period. Additional shift pick-up available for PTO coverage.

Alternating Tuesdays & Thursdays 8A-4:30P

Provide customer service, reception and clerical support ensuring patient records and schedules are efficiently maintained and recorded for all areas in a fast-paced imaging environment.

• Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish required
• Previous clerical, reception, admitting or registration work preferred
• Able to type a minimum of 30 wpm
• Must be organized, able to multitask
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required
• Course work related to medical terminology preferred

Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish
