PT Caregiver- Mixed Shifts

This particular role is for the hours and days listed below:

• Every Sunday 12-8p
• Every Wednesday 7a-3p
• Every other (Rotating) Saturday 12-8pm

• Home-like environment – no big facility stress
• Meaningful work – provide care and light housekeeping

• Assist residents with daily care

• Meal preparation
• Work as part of a caring team

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (we can accommodate)
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable form of transportation and proof of auto insurance
• A heart for caregiving – experience is a plus but not required
