You're provisionally licensed (LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist) with an active Illinois license and or working toward full licensure. You're comfortable with couples work or interested in learning. You value evidence-based practice but understand therapy is also an art. You're LGBTQ+ affirming and trauma-informed in your approach.

You want strong clinical supervision, not just someone signing off on hours. You're building a sustainable practice, not chasing a quick caseload. You appreciate that someone else handles insurance nightmares, website updates, and referral tracking while you focus on clinical work.

• Conduct intakes and ongoing therapy (individual and couples)
• Respond to referrals from our automated system within 24-48 hours
• Maintain clinical documentation in our EHR
• Participate in weekly supervision
• Build your caseload from part-time (10-15 clients) toward full-time (20-25 clients)
• Collaborate with a small team of clinicians who actually like each other

This is a fee-split model, not salaried. Your income grows as your caseload grows. Most clinicians reach 15-20 clients within 3-4 months. You'll need to be credentialed with insurance (we guide you through this, but it takes 90-120 days). Building a practice takes patience. If you need full income immediately, this isn t the right fit.
