Full‑time | In‑person
As Clinical Director (CD), you will mentor our center‑based BCBAs, elevate care quality, strengthen team engagement, and drive center growth. You will guide daily clinical operations, manage a small caseload of comprehensive service clients, and use coaching, planning, and quality monitoring to ensure strong clinical outcomes and a supportive work environment.
What You’ll Do- Supervise a small caseload of clients, shaping their developmental journey
- Conduct assessments and craft individualized treatment programs that directly impact each child’s progression
- Provide coaching and mentorship to BCBAs to develop clinical, professional, management, and leadership skills
- Lead and support staff management using organizational behavior management techniques to reduce turnover
- Implement quality assurance measures for clinical staff (RBT, BCBA) to meet all clinical goals
- Plan and co‑present monthly group parent training and staff training
- Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments and individualized treatment programs
- Maintain and oversee compliant clinical documentation, data collection, and reports
- Evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral intervention plans through direct observation and data analysis
- Provide BCBA student supervision to BCBA students
- Dedicated, compassionate BCBA with strong clinical expertise, leadership, and empathy
- Strong communicators who meaningfully connect with children, families, and team members
- Organized and adaptable clinicians who manage multiple priorities and clear documentation
- Motivator and mentor who enjoys developing others and supporting team success
- Must hold active BCBA certification and an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in Illinois
- 3+ years experience leading, managing, or mentoring BCBAs and/or graduate‑level students
- Annual starting salary: $86,000‑$94,000, based on experience
- Eligibility to earn up to $11,500 in annual bonus potential
- Annual continuing education stipend of $1,000
