Overview
Pediatric Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Chicago, IL
Work Setting: In-person
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year (plus bonus for full-time)
Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a dynamic pediatric therapy team. This role involves providing direct therapy and counseling services to children and their families in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a supportive, child-focused setting and is passionate about family-centered care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct therapy and psychosocial assessments to pediatric clients and their families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Connect families with appropriate community resources and support services.
- Participate in ongoing education and team collaboration to maintain best practices.
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
- Active LCSW license.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with children as an LCSW.
