- Work every other weekend, every other holiday
- Weekend sick calls require working the following weekend as a make up
- Flexibility with scheduling is a MUST- NO BLOCK schedules, no set days off
- 30 bed tele-ORTHO-NEURO floor ratios 1-5, 1-6
