A leading healthcare provider in Chicago is seeking a Director of Plant/Facility Operations. The role involves overseeing the maintenance of the facility and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of healthcare experience in construction or maintenance, and supervisory experience is preferred. Responsibilities include staff management, project management, and maintaining sanitary and safe conditions in the facility.

This is a full-time position with Monday-Friday day shifts and occasional weekend or night work.
