Overview
Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: 2930 S Michigan Ave, Suite 107, Chicago, IL, 60616 (Chicago South)
Schedule: Full Time, 2-3 evenings per week
Compensation: $78,000-$95,000 annually, based on years of experience
Incentives: $5,000 bonus and/or indefinite student loan

We are looking for a Physical Therapist with a passion for treating a mixed caseload of ortho, sports and general rehabilitation population. We are also interested in cancer rehabilitation and invite you to join our ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team. The ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population over the span of 6-12 months.
This is a management position and offers opportunities to grow with the nation’s leader in outpatient physical therapy.
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
- Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT program
- Valid State Physical Therapist License
- CPR certification
- Interest in cancer rehabilitation and participation in the ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program is welcome
