We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant to work for our home health agency and/or Hospice agency. The ideal candidate will visit patients in their home and care for the patient, as directed in the care plan, ensuring high-quality care for residents.

• Assisting patient with ambulation, bathing, and other directed care.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Uphold patient's rights and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Care for patient, during home or a facility (hospice), and assist the patient related to long-term care and dementia care.
• Keep patient's information confidential and maintain accurate documentation.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Holds current unencumbered certificate in the state working as a C.N.A.
• Minimum one (1) year experience as a C.N.A. in an acute care or long term care setting. Hospice exp a plus!
• Possess and maintains current CPR certification if state-mandated.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
