Blue Bird Day, a leading specialized intensive pediatric therapeutic day program, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate clinic-based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. About

The Role

As an RBT at Blue Bird Day, you will provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-6 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:

• Providing individualized therapy
• Collecting data on programming
• Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborating daily with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
