About usRoom to Breathe is a predominantly virtual integrated private practice therapy space and psychologically sensitive yoga studio. We serve adults (17+ and throughout the life span), partners, and families by offering individual, family/partner, and group therapy.
We affirm the mind‑body connection through offering talk therapy along with gentle, inclusive somatic practices, including physical postures, meditation, and breath work through group yoga classes. Room to Breathe values and supports intersectional identities, cultural humility, and a wide range of evidence‑based theoretical orientations and practices. Clinicians have the opportunity to co‑facilitate yoga and therapy groups alongside our psychologically‑sensitive and trauma‑informed instructors.
