• Oversee client referrals:
  Process referrals per state and company policies, ensuring timely receipt of practitioner orders.
• Educate physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, discharge planners and case managers about personal Home Care Services.
• Coordinate client services between referral sources and the company.
• Contact leads timely and follow up weekly.
• Build relationships with community and professional organizations to generate referrals.
• Conduct pre‑discharge hospital or skilled nursing facility visits at the client’s request to determine need.
• Hold informational meetings with prospective clients to explain services.
• Initiate service agreements for new clients.
• Maintain and document marketing expenditures; submit expense reports on time.
• Assist with public relations outreach, including speaking engagements and trade shows.
• Complete required documentation and meet productivity standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and other regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Some college; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (prior healthcare experience desired).
• Excellent professional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Ability to independently develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel.
