Clarity Clinic in Chicago is hiring Program Therapists for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).

• Clarity Clinic Loop, 333 N. Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL

• Base salary £5580K (commensurate with experience/licensure) + £5,000 evening shift stipend

• Conduct client assessments and develop treatment goals.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with families and treatment teams to support recovery.
• Document progress and treatment plans in Advanced
  
  MD.
• Monitor client progress using clinical best practices.

• Licensed social worker (LSW), licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC), or licensed clinical social worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a mental health setting.
