Position: Clinical Psychologist (Geriatric Telehealth, Licensed in Illinois)
Employment Options: 1099 or W2 (includes 401(k) with up to 3.5% matching, comprehensive health, medical, vision insurance)
Hours: At least 25 hours a week for W2; options for 15 + hours / part‑time

• Provide exceptional evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth (15 hours or more per week).
• Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies (assisted by our AI‑powered scribe).
• Support clients through life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) using a compassionate and age‑appropriate approach.
• Participate in regular team meetings to ensure best practices.

• Ability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part‑time, or full‑time basis (at least 15 hours per week).
• Degree in Clinical Psychology:
  Doctor of Psychology (Psy.
  
  D.) or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
• Experience working with older adults strongly preferred.
• Proficient using electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy via telehealth.
