Program Supervisor, LCSW (Intensive Outpatient Program & Partial Hospitalization Program)

Join the team at Clarity Clinic, PLLC as a Program Supervisor overseeing our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Clarity Clinic is an interdisciplinary private practice of psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, psychologists, and therapists dedicated to holistic mental wellness.

Onsite at Clarity Clinic Loop location – 333 N Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL.
Monday‑Friday (On‑Site) 11 am – 8 pm, three nights a week with one‑hour break.

• Provide leadership and supervision to partially licensed and non‑licensed therapists, maintaining direct oversight of IOP/PHP initiatives and performance metrics.
• Support Program Therapists who run IOP/PHP groups and provide 1:1 therapy to assigned participants.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs and interventions for clients entering the IOP.
• Lead manualized DBT/CBT skills‑based groups.
• Work directly with patients and families to ensure collaborative care from treatment initiation to discharge.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic services using evidence‑based modalities.
• Document all necessary information in our EMR/EHR platform (Advanced MD).
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care.
• Evaluate progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
• Offer psychoeducation to clients and families to enhance understanding of mental health diagnosis and treatment journeys.

• Full‑time base compensation $70,000‑$80,000+ plus evening shift incentive.

• Fully licensed to practice independently in Illinois with LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Minimum 2 years supervising or leading pre‑licensed therapists.
• Experience in group, family, and individual therapy.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including co‑occurring disorders.
