Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA

Shift and schedule: 7AM to 7PM & 7PM to 7AM

Provide hands‑on care as directed by the nursing supervisor, including transferring, bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, vital signs, and height/weight measurements as needed.

Follow the patient’s plan of care and assist with daily living tasks such as feeding, meal preparation, light housekeeping, linen changes, transportation to appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping.

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of an approved nursing assistant program
• CPR certification and a negative TB skin test or chest X‑ray
• Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare experience (or participation in an approved Mentor Program)
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable, insured vehicle
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong empathy, communication skills, professionalism, and teamwork
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect patient information
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs (assistance needs vary by client mobility)
