As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide occupational therapy to children and families while overseeing a team of Occupational Therapists.

You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD),
ADHD
, sensory processing disorder
, and other neurodiverse needs.

You’ll foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through:

• Providing individualized and group therapy
• Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration
• Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
• Providing mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Occupational Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and growth

• Competitive Salary: $80,000-$87,000
