We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to manage front desk duties, verify insurance, and ensure a smooth patient experience at our urgent care clinic. You’ll help with check-ins, insurance verification, billing, and patient retention, contributing to the growth of long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify insurance and assist with billing.
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Provide excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Use EMR systems (Practice Fusion, E-clinical Works).
- Strong insurance verification and billing experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Experience with EMR systems is a plus.
