Behavior Technician (BT)

Part‑time – Mon, Wed, Thurs (3 pm – 6:30 pm)

$20.00–$22.00 per hour, pending experience

Rush Kids is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board‑certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided.

• Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate progress to parents and team members.
• Work 1:1 with children with an Autism diagnosis, both in their home and in our center.
• Assist in personalized treatment and support pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve goals.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
• 1 year of occupational experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
  Registered Behavior Technician certification desirable.
