As the Administrator, you will be the primary architect of the facility's culture and clinical success. You will work closely with the Oakdale Seniors Alliance executive team to implement innovative clinical programs, ensure fiscal health, and foster an environment where staff feel empowered and residents feel at home.

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee all daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Change Management: Act as the onsite champion for the Oakdale Seniors Alliance management model, integrating new operational standards and best practices.

• Financial Stewardship: Manage facility budgets, census development, and resource allocation to ensure long-term sustainability.

• Quality of Care: Drive continuous Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives to maintain high Star Ratings and survey readiness.

• Talent Cultivation: Lead, mentor, and retain a high‑performing department head team, fostering a culture of transparency and professional growth.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).

• Licensure: Current, unencumbered Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license.

• Expertise: Strong understanding of IDPH regulations, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, and PDPM.
