Provide Desktop support to Saint Anthony Hospital Employees, and to provide support for troubleshooting and repair of Networking components.

• Manage Desktop connections to the Saint Anthony Hospital’s Network and Internet.
• Manage and maintain Network Data Storage for Network level backup jobs
• Manage and maintain General Network resources, including but not limited to the following
  • Internet Connectivity
  • Connection to VPN tunnels
  • Network Switching and Routing
  • Network Storage devices
  • VPN connected users
  • Connectivity to SAH Clinics
• Assist in the diagnosis of and solution to network issues
• Assist and maintain the daily desktop, laptop, and server support

• Performs both essential and marginal job functions in a safe manner as identified by Saint Anthony Hospital and the respective department while adhering to the Hospital’s confidentiality norms and standards. Actively and consistently demonstrates the core values of Saint Anthony Hospital and Ascension Health in all interactions with others.
• Assumes responsibility for knowing and maintaining established hospital and departmental objectives, policies/procedures including general sanitation, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
• Participate in performance activities including problem identification, data collection, solution selection, implementation and evaluation. Also assists in the care and maintenance of departmental equipment and supplies as appropriate.
• Participate in staff meetings and other in services, meetings or committees as required.
