Our calm, detail-oriented environment supports both patients and practitioners in achieving their best results.

We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Back of House (BOH) Team Member to support our practitioners and maintain seamless clinic operations. This behind-the-scenes role is essential to patient care flow, cleanliness, and quality control. You’ll work closely with our clinical team to keep the environment serene, organized, and ready for each treatment.

• Prepare, clean, and reset treatment rooms between patients.
• Safely dispose of acupuncture needles following proper sanitation protocols.
• Restock and organize supplies, herbs, and linens.
• Assist with light laundry, equipment cleaning, and room readiness.
• Support practitioners during patient transitions as needed.
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a wellness-focused setting.

• Previous experience in a wellness, spa, or medical environment preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to anticipate needs without supervision.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfort working in a quiet, patient-centered space.

Availability Tuesday and Thursdays, 10:30 AM–3:00 PM. (Possibly more shifts available Monday and Friday.)
