Back of House Team Member Acupuncture

About the Role:

• Assist licensed acupuncturists in preparing treatment areas and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.
• Manage inventory of acupuncture supplies, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for clients by providing exceptional customer service.
• Support the scheduling and administrative tasks to optimize clinic operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the clinic.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client feedback and improve service delivery.
• Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.
• Engage in ongoing education about acupuncture and holistic health practices.

• Previous experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of acupuncture practices and holistic health is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is desirable.
• Passion for wellness and a positive, friendly demeanor.
