Resident Assistant

Job

Duties include:

• Completion of all tasks related to resident care and unit operation
• Encouraging resident's independence and participation in social activities
• Observing and reporting changes in resident's conditions
• Providing compassionate services and guidance to the residents
• Provides daily personal hygiene and care
• Charts electronically and on sheets (as needed) at appropriate times and at completion of tasks
• Ensures all supplies are adequately accounted for and maintains charge book as directed. Accounts for all items used by residents.

Requirements:

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Licensure:
  None
• Experience:
  
  6 months in relevant field
