Student Account Representative, you will play a critical role in helping students navigate their educational journeys by managing their billing inquiries and supporting them in financial matters. As a Student Account Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for students regarding their tuition and financial account matters. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, compassionate, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced academic environment and enjoys helping students stay on track financially.

• Support the collection of past-due student accounts by initiating follow-ups, sending payment reminders, and maintaining detailed documentation of outreach efforts to assist students in resolving outstanding balances in a timely and professional manner
• Manage and maintain student accounts, including monitoring account statuses, processing payments, and creating payment plans
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing student inquiries regarding billing and financial obligations
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and to facilitate student withdrawals or terminations
• Utilize CRM systems to track and report on student accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Stay up-to-date with institutional policies and federal regulations impacting student accounts

• Education: Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field required
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in student accounts, accounts receivable, collections, or related positions preferred
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities;
  Able to handle confidential information responsibly;
  Proficient in using accounting software and CRM systems;
  Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
