We have an opening for a Hospital Liaison/Marketer who can answer yes to these questions. Minimum 2 years of Sales/Business Development experience in the health care or home care industry is required. This is an outside sales position that requires daily face-to-face visits with referral sources. The ideal candidate for the Hospital Liaison/Marketer position MUST have a proven track record of generating new business within the healthcare industry and has established relationships that can start generating new business immediately.

• Develop, maintain, and grow referral relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, assisted living communities, and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote agency services to healthcare providers and the community through in-person visits, presentations, and outreach efforts.
• Meet and exceed monthly referral and admission goals.
• Collaborate with the clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth referral and admission process.
• Attend networking events, community outreach programs, and marketing functions to increase brand awareness.
• Track referral sources, follow‑up activity, and outcomes using reporting tools.

• Proven experience as a marketer or business development representative in the home health, hospice, or healthcare industry.
• MUST have existing referral relationships within the local healthcare community.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial insurance referral processes.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, marketing, business, or related field preferred.
