Weekend availability needed. Day shifts and Overnight shifts.

• Provide bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities
• Take and record vital signs and assist with height and weight measurements
• Assist with daily tasks: feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping
• Transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping
• Follow the patient’s plan of care according to the nursing supervisor’s directions

• Current, valid state CNA certification in good standing
• High school diploma or GED
• Successful completion of a nursing assistant (CNA) program
• Certified CPR, Physical, and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience
• Experienced with Hoyer lift, gait belt, sit-to-stand preferred
