Analyst,Patient Relations; Spanish Bilingual

Join us at Oak Street Health, part of CVS Health, as an Analyst, Patient Relations. We are seeking a bilingual Spanish speaker to help educate patients about Medicare programs, resources, and insurance options to improve access and retention.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with Medicare and insurance navigation, understanding coverage, benefits, and eligibility.
• Serve as a resource for staff and providers on insurance questions.
• Help patients resolve medical bills and navigate the healthcare system, advocating for their needs.
• Educate patients on applying for public benefits and supporting operational activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster patient engagement through events and tours.

Qualifications:

• Ability to use multiple computer programs (Gmail, MS Word, Excel, etc.).
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Proficiency in Spanish or other languages spoken by community members is highly preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience in helping patients understand insurance coverage is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Details:

• Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Pay range: $21.10 - $44.99/hour
