Overview

Join our team of Estheticians where you’ll have the exciting opportunity to provide top-tier treatments, from rejuvenating facials to advanced skin therapies. You’ll work with cutting‑edge products and technology to address guests’ unique skin concerns while creating a relaxing and luxurious experience. This position is available as full‑time or part‑time, offering flexibility to fit your schedule.

• Perform a wide range of services, including all skin care, waxing, and tinting services.
• Participate in assigned tasks designed to grow therapist business and create repeat guest requests.
• Maintain training and education on skincare lines and proactively promote these products to guests.
• Complete all milk + honey approved courses regarding blood‑borne pathogens and lancet protocols; sign and adhere to milk + honey’s protocols.

• Estheticians work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
• 10% commission on sold retail products.
• Keep 100% of guest gratuity.
• Average hourly rate ranges between $42 and $46 per hour.

• State Cosmetology License/Certification.
