* ** JOB DESCRIPTION** - Under the direction of the Director of Platform Computing, supervises and coordinates activities of staff operating computers and peripheral equipment.

- Assigns and assists staff; schedules work to execute projects; completes service requests; responds to incidents and meets service level agreements related to platform computing.

- Directs training and/or trains workers to operate computer and peripheral equipment.
