Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Government Contract Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement life cycle for government contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational standards. Daily responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, analyzing legislative and regulatory updates, and providing recommendations to enhance the contracting process. The role also involves communicating effectively with internal and external teams to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Government Relations and familiarity with Local Government operations
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate and interpret regulatory updates and contract compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Communication and stakeholder relationship management
  • Knowledge of Public Sector practices and processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a high-accountability environment
  • Experience with government contract management software or CRM/ERP platforms is a plus
