Senior Grants Management Analyst (multiple)

DI is recruiting for multiple Senior Grants Management Analysts to propose for a contract to support the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Highway Administration to provide Grants Management Support Services. The positions are contingent upon award.

Location: United States (work authorization required); hybrid work environment in DI’s home office in Bethesda and, as required, in the offices of the DOT.

• A Senior Grants Management Analyst functions in a senior level grants management capacity and must provide off-site grants support services. The grants support services performed must be in conformance with all Government regulations and policies including 2 CFR 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards; the DOT Guide to Financial Assistance; and other Governmental regulations and policies as appropriate.
  
  The primary focus of grants management must be Grants and Cooperative Agreements with direct grants recipients.
• A Senior Grants Management Analyst must have mastery knowledge and skill of concepts, principles, policies, procedures, and practices to plan and carry out all activities related to the highly complex aspects in Federal grants management sufficient to provide expert technical advice and consultation in all grants management areas including pre-award, post-award, and price/cost analysis, implementing new developments, and providing policy interpretation to program managers and other leadership staff.
• A Senior Grants Management Analyst must have a minimum of six years of direct Federal grants experience, a bachelor’s degree, a thorough knowledge of the Federal Assistance practices and policies, and an expert understanding of the full grant lifecycle to troubleshoot and overcome difficult situations in order for the grant action to be resolved. The Senior Analyst must have an expert knowledge of the application of 2 CFR 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.
  
  Direct experience supporting Federal agencies and Federal competitive grant programs is preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity using systems such as ESC PRISM and Grant Solutions is preferred. Knowledge of and familiarity with Federal construction grant programs and infrastructure projects is desirable.
• Proficient with using available Microsoft technology, such as Lists, SharePoint, and other software such as Outlook and technology such as shared network drives. Familiarity with Google products will be beneficial.
