Investment Banking Associate

Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 base + bonus

Firm Overview: We are currently partnered with a high performing and continuously growing specialty boutique investment bank focused on the Healthcare sector. This firm has emerged as a major player in their space, ranked as the #1 advisory firm for M&A transactions in the Pharmacy Services sector. Small but mighty, this firm is consistently closing more Health Sciences & Pharma Services deals globally than firms 10x their size.

They're looking for an Associate who wants to continue their career in a Healthcare focused IB role to assist in the execution of M&A transactions, while enjoying the flexibility of sitting fully remotely.

The Investment Banking Associate will be responsible for:

• Executing on M&A transactions
• Conducting financial analysis and due diligence
• Creating marketing materials and pitch decks
• Meeting with clients
• Closely collaborating and supporting Senior leaders

The Investment Banking Associate should have:

• 2-4 years of investment banking experience, ideally in Healthcare but open to other sectors
• A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Self starting mindset and ability to work fully remotely
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
